Caring for Our Employees and Building a Supportive Workplace — JRT Continues Its Employee Support Program

Employees play an important role in the development of a company. Caring for and supporting our people has always been part of JRT’s responsibility as an employer.

Since 2016, Huangshan Jinruitai Technology Co., Ltd. has provided ongoing support to employees facing difficult circumstances. When employees experience difficulties due to family circumstances, illness or unexpected events at home, the Company seeks to understand their situation and provide assistance according to their needs.

This support has continued without interruption for the past ten years. As of 2026, JRT has provided 407 interest-free loans to employees in need, totalling more than RMB 4.31 million. Each loan reflects the Company’s concern for the wellbeing of its employees and demonstrates its commitment to putting people first in its day-to-day operations.

A company’s progress depends not only on working towards shared goals, but also on supporting one another through difficult times.
